Welcome to Dickson Electric, LLC. By accessing our services, website, or hiring us for electrical work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Dickson Electric, LLC provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services, including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and inspections.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided based on the scope of work discussed and are subject to change if additional work is required or requested.
• Final pricing may vary depending on materials, labor, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.

3. Scheduling and Access

• Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work site.
• Appointment times are approximate; we will make every effort to arrive on time and communicate delays.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept ACH/E-check payments (no fee), Credit Card Payments (3% fee) and paper checks mailed to P.O. Box 778 Monroe, WA 98272
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

5. Warranties and Liability

• We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where available.
• Dickson Electric, LLC is not responsible for damages due to pre-existing issues, code violations, or customer-provided equipment.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute changes.

7. Safety and Compliance

• All work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe working conditions are present.

8. Text Message (SMS) Communication Policy

By submitting a form or verbally providing your phone number and signing up for texts, you consent to receive text messages from Dickson Electric, LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help.

Dickson Electric, LLC does not share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We collect SMS opt-in verbally from our customers. Customers may opt in to receive text messages either in person at our physical location or over the phone if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and our staff is trained to ask if they would like to opt in to SMS-based:

• Billing notifications
• Appointment reminders
• Dispatch notifications
• Job completion surveys

Customers will be verbally informed of the following at the time of opt-in:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dickson Electric, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
